the free shuttle to the airport operated efficiently. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the room had nice toiletries and towels.

The fire alarm went off falsely. it was triggered multiple times during the night. both elevators were out of service the next morning. This was quite inconvenient.

The free coffee and tea facilities in the main foyer were acceptable.

I found a lack of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom seemed old. The shower curtain did not close sufficiently, so water leaked everywhere. It was a mess.
